COMPREHENSIVE PRIVACY NOTICE
Your privacy is our priority. At GenIA Labs, we protect your data with the highest standards of safety and transparency compliant with LFPDPPP.
1. IDENTITY AND ADDRESS OF THE RESPONSIBLE
Mauricio Martínez Langarica (hereinafter, 'GenIA Labs'), operating as an Individual with Business Activity, with address at Uxmal 513 Int. 3, Vértiz Narvarte, Benito Juárez, 03600 Mexico City, CDMX, is responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data.
2. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
To carry out the purposes described, we will use: a) Identification and contact data (Name, company name, email). b) Billing data (RFC, regime and tax address). c) Access data (Third-party users and passwords, treated under strictly contract for technical execution).
3. PURPOSES OF THE TREATMENT
Personal data will be used for the following necessary purposes for the requested service:
A. Primary Purposes:
- •Provision of consulting, web audit and AI implementation services.
- •Development of websites, PWA, SaaS and AI agents.
- •Access management and technical support for own SaaS (Cameleón, Pide Menu).
- •Billing management and tax obligations.
B. Secondary Purposes:
- •Sending technological updates, newsletters and promotions.
- •Evaluation of service quality.
- •Statistical analysis of the website.

4. CONSERVATION PERIOD
Your personal data will be kept for a period of 5 (five) years, in accordance with the Federal Tax Code, to guarantee the legal security of the projects. Subsequently they will be eliminated or anonymized.
5. ACCESS DATA SECURITY
GenIA Labs implements strict technical and administrative measures. Access data are not stored in public bases and are restricted exclusively to the personnel necessary for execution.
6. DATA TRANSFER
GenIA Labs will not carry out transfers of personal data to third parties, except for legal exceptions provided for in article 37 of the LFPDPPP or requirement of competent authority.
7. ARCH RIGHTS
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose (ARCO) the processing of your personal data in accordance with articles 28-34 of the LFPDPPP.
8. HALF ARCH
To exercise your ARCO rights, send your request to:servicio_cliente@genialabs.ai or to the form at https://www.genialabs.ai/es/contacto. You can also write to our address: Uxmal 513 Int. 3, Vértiz Narvarte, Benito Juárez, 03600 Mexico City, CDMX. Your request must include: full name, contact information, description of the right to exercise and documents proving your identity. We will respond within a maximum period of 20 business days in accordance with article 32 of the LFPDPPP.
9. REVOCATION OF CONSENT
You can revoke the consent granted for the processing of your personal data at any time, provided there is no legal impediment. To revoke, send a request to customer_service@genialabs.ai indicating the data with respect to which you revoke consent. The revocation will take effect upon confirmation by us, within a maximum period of 20 business days.
10. LIMITATION OF USE AND DISCLOSURE
You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending a request to servicio_cliente@genialabs.ai. If you do not want your data used for secondary purposes (newsletters, promotions, analytics), indicate this expressly. We maintain an internal log of limitation requests under article 27 section V of the LFPDPPP.
11. SENSITIVE DATA
GenIA Labs does not routinely collect sensitive personal data (racial or ethnic origin, health status, religious beliefs, political opinions, sexual preference, etc.). If treatment is necessary for a specific service, express written consent will be requested under article 9 of the LFPDPPP, independently of general consent.
12. TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES (COOKIES)
We use cookies and Google Analytics to improve the experience. You can disable them in your browser, although this could affect the functionality of certain services.
13. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
